Although it isn't yet how I make my living, my passion is acting, particularly film acting. I've dabbled a bit in theater but haven't been nearly as fulfilled by it, mostly because I love movies so much. I think that love all started when I saw Star Wars at a very young age. (That's probably also when I became a huge nerd, which I still totally am.) I've been fortunate enough to get involved in the Columbus film community (yes, there is quite a thriving one), and I'm optimistic about the future. My film acting "career" all began with an indie feature called "The Significance of Tad Barlow," which, as ridiculously melodramatic as it may sound, quite literally changed my life. Besides the valuable acting experience it gave me, it's also where I made what I believe will be some lifelong friendships and most importantly, it's how I met my husband Bryan, who is also an actor (and perhaps as big of a nerd as I am).
