Thomas Dove

-Born 28th April 1977 at Saint-Lô memorial hospital-Started playing the bassoon at the age of 9.-Started playing the ride cymbal around the same time.-Played the bassoon in local orchestra, and drums in first band at the age of 14. -Formed so-called new wave band called Give in with neighbours, on drums and vocals. -Started playing the three-string guitar at the age of 17 and formed an indie rock band called Miss Apple (ennemies of Mary) in high school.-Stayed alone for a little while and started writing songs on my own, my mates having started to go for metal hardcore.-Formed Grand Café (something between Radiohead and the Cure- see myspace) during college years with Steven and Vincent, toured a bit and recorded for the first time. In the meantime, played drums in a hardcore band called Pawnee.-Went to Paris to study sound engineering in 1999.-Played guitar in Panowski rock band. -Bought studio stuff and started recording songs on my own, along with my friends'.-Created Ra n' Bo records label in 2002. Got "Collection 2003" out. A sampler of local indie bands.-Started thinking about recording a solo album.-Formed Sunset (indie dance electro new wave or something) and rehearsed a lot.... In the meantime, played drums in Interstellar Overdrive rock band.-Got "Collection 2005" out with Ra n' Bo.-Went back to solo album project. Started to play drums in Caravelle rock band.-Solo album out in a few months (of which "dosire", "drama jester" "Mighty Empty" and "talk to the hand" are demo extracts), mix in progress.
