Music, singing, writing, theatre arts, photography, erotica (esp B & D) history & culture, travelling, playing trivia or word games, science fiction, the internet, robots and other geek stuff, hanging out with people interested in lively debate and intelligent conversation (or even unintelligent conversation...I can handle that, too), working out, doing things outdoors, animals, playing sports that I'm coordinated enough to play, watching sports that I'm not-- Particularly watching football (the sport of which I am a slightly obsessive fan).

Cool people who aren't fucking snobs. Uncool people who are snobs but will amuse me with their antics. Maybe a songwriting partner--someone who is into music (who isn't a fucking snob). Perhaps a sadomasochistic master slave duplicity type old fashioned guy or gal. Freaks, geeks and other lively characters.
Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, Jazz and Big Band Jazz, Blues. 70's funk & 80's rock & pop (yeah even the really gay stuff). Faves: Yes, Steely Dan, The Beatles, Metallica, Prince, Talking Heads, Led Zeppelin, Zappa, Melissa Etheridge, Sade, Coldplay, Collective Soul, Dave Matthews... Ice Cube, Wu-Tang Clan, Cypress Hill, Biggie Smalls, Dr. Dre, Pharcyde...
Frank Sinatra, Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday, Nat King Cole, Etta James, John Coltrane, Bill Evans, Miles Davis, Howlin' Wolf, Pat Metheny, Jaco Pastorius. Some classical...Mozart, Vivaldi, Wagner. Some Country... Vince Gill, Patsy Kline, Willie. And I love Weird Al Yankovic...though he's more of a comedian, I guess.
"The Godfather" Trilogy--possibly the best movies ever made. "Scarface," "Insomnia" "Dog Day Afternoon..." Okay, pretty much ANYTHING with Al Pacino in it, particularly "Sea of Love," which isn't his best movie but you do get to see his ass for a few seconds. I love to watch the films of early comedy geniuses like Charlie Chaplin and Laurel and Hardy and classics like "Casablanca" or "Citizen Kane". Movies made in the 30's through 50's...Hollywood's "golden era," especially Hitchcock. I also love Sci Fi movies like "Total Recall" and "Artificial Intelligence", and "Star Trek" and "Star Wars" -I freaking LOVE robots...don't know why, I just DO. And I love those Japanese Godzilla and Mothra movies of course....I grew up on those. I also love GOOD comedies like "The Blues Brothers," "M*A*S*H", "Easy Money" and "U.H.F."; scary and intelligent movies about ghosts like "The 6th Sense" and "The Others", Civil War movies like "Glory" and of course "Gone With the Wind," which is about the Civil War and also a classic. I like a love story if it's a real good one, like "The English Patient" or "Harold and Maude."

"M*A*S*H" and "Cheers" were great shows back in the day. I love "Law and Order" I also love the History Channel. Mostly though I watch news or documentaries, like those shows that follow real life murder investigations like "Cold Case Files," "Forensic Files," and "The First 48," I am fascinated with them. Comedies? Only the truly goofy ones: "The Three Stooges (also because of its historical value)," "Married, With Children," "Two and 1/2 Men" I love that new show "The Big Bang Theory" about the nerds cause nerds get me HOT.... And of course well, CARTOONS --"South Park," "Looney Tunes," "The Simpsons," "Family Guy" and "Spongebob Squarepants" amongst my faves. Reality TV mostly SUCKS, people --wake up. I will tell you right now it will be a cold day in Hell before I watch American Idol (karaoke with a budget) or any such crap. I like Judge Judy, though, even though she's a bitch --maybe because she's a bitch -- I don't know. I also think "America's Funniest Home Videos" is still probably the best "reality" show ever produced. And, sports of course, above all FOOTBALL (American football) though I'd rather see sports live when I can.
