This was actually a side project, J Padraig Bell bass and guitar,, Mike McCormick guitar and bass,each wrote cpl songs on here "Even your monkeys addicted" and " The sandman sleeps" where written by J.Padraig Bell and "Sieze The Day" and "Hey,George stop the War" where written by Mike... They first jammed together in the last days of the band of strays period,then again the Last yr of the crown of thorns band,this was side project that we did during last yr of crown of thorns and the yr after 06..some of this may turn up on solo stuff comeing up..if people seem to like it....
