B.B.U.K.C.A This Bulakenian cultural celebration is an annual fund-raising event. As in the past, we are gathered to give meaning and substance to our commitment to help our less privileged countrymen back home, especially the very old, the homeless youth, the poor but deserving scholars and our religious workers. We also wish to use this opportunity to showcase the best of our cultural heritage, values and traditions to our British friends and people of other nationalities.The BBUKCA was founded on the 7th of March 1997 as a charitable, non-political, non-racial organization. We organize social events to raise funds for charitable undertakings, with the aim of fostering unity not only among Filipinos living in the United Kingdom but also with their families and relatives living in the Philippines. Our fund-raising activities have enabled the association to continue its assistance to various community projects back home.
