Fencing, chess, writing, literature and video games (Fatal Frame series is my favorite). Reading a good horror novel or even a bad one if it is funny is enjoyable to me. Morbidly laughing at the Gashlycrumb tinies or the Doubtful guest (is it a penguin?)
Well, Dave Vanian or Captain Sensible, of course. I know Bruce Campbell is on here (I met him once before in person). Maybe the members of London After Midnight. Morrissey would be nice also. Just meeting new people in general is enjoyable.
The Damned, the Smiths, the Cure, London After Midnight, Kitchens of Distinction, London Suede, Suspiria, Joy Division, New Order, Morrissey, Razed in Black, Whipping Boy, Tindersticks, Arab Strap, Jesus and Mary Chain, Gene, the Jam, Christian Death, Bauhaus and the list goes on.
Suspiria, Ju-Rei, Ju-On, Ringu, Le Pact Des Loupes, Ed Wood movies, Hellsing, Descendants of Darkness, Pet Shop of Horrors, Chinese Hopping Vampire martial arts movies such as Mr. Vampire, Evil Dead series, Howling, Bela Lugosi and Lon Chaney films, Black Sunday or anything else with Barbara Steele, basically it can be good, bad or even ugly and I might find something to like about it.
Aqua Teens, Harvey Birdman, the late Sealab, Robot Chicken, Dark Shadows and the Night Stalker (when Sci-Fi shows them). Gungrave, most of G4, We are the eighties and the Alternative on Vh1 classic. Oh and the Simpsons and Family guy of course.
Au Rebours, La Bas by Huysmans, Vampire Soul by L'Isle Adam, Vampyre by Polidori, the Gilded Bat by Gorey, Tarot Cafe Manga, Model Manga, Vampire Princess Miyu, the Spider by Ewers, The Sandman by Hoffman, La Morte Amourouse by Gautier, classic ghost and vampire stories and the new manga work well for me
Edward Gorey, J.K. Huysmans, most of the US fencing team (I also like the French and Italian teams from the last Olympics, I am not a conservative and I find all this hating of the French to be idiotic but it comes from talk radio so there you go), Dave Vanian, Villiers d'Isle Adam, Moz, Bram Stoker
