I challenge anyone to a competition. My favorite album - The Postal Service's "Give Up", amazing. Other favorites:Tori Amos, Imogen Heap, David Byrne, Sarah Brightman, Peter Gabriel, Van Morrison, Wilco, Interpol, Stereophonics, Koko Taylor, bluegrass and Irish trad. music, vallenato/Colombian folk music. After living in Italy how can you not love opera?
I have my sappy favorites: Beaches, Thelma and Louise, Titanic, Grease and Annie. I also have my cheesy favorites: The Goonies, Legend of Billie Jean, Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead, Born in East L.A. Has anyone seen One Night in Paris? I also have my foreign favorites: Au Revoir Les Enfants, Johnny Stecchino, Boca a Boca.
PBS, Sex and the City, Simpsons, Friends, Nip/Tuck, Chapelle's Show, the Daily Show, Bill O'Reilly (for entertainment's sake), and most recently Mind of Mencia. Oh and how could I forget Oprah! That bitch gets me up in the morning.
