I know my friends are probably wondering what took me so long, but I'm finally here. I hope to meet lots of new people and connect with others I may not have heard from in a while. I guess the best place I can start is to tell you about myself. I am a 31 year old, single for now Mom of one awesome, wonderful and intelligent little boy, Kareem. His existence has been a blessing to my life unlike any other. I operate in ministry at my church in the music and youth departments, on the eastside, in the city of Detroit. I don't know about you, but the question on my heart right now is why do we bother to get together to sing if we're not interested in tapping into the presence of God first.
