Like all bands DIMMERSWITCH started in a basement with a couple of friends determined to make it. After break ups, reunions and lineup changes, orignal members Daniel Taylor and Christopher Dorsey(Bing) enlisted the talent of Gavin Pfisher of Romper Room studios in Marietta, Georgia, to help with programming and recording an EP.
The EP came out to awesome reviews and a single "Photosynthesis" appeared
on Shut Eye records compilation "American Diesel Machine."
Despite the momentum and promise it showed, it wasnt to be and after difficulties finding members to support the material off the EP, Dimmerswitch disbanded.Daniel Taylor (bass,vocals) went onto do several successful projects as DarlingD. He also made quite a stir with Atlanta's Path of Allyson.Christopher Dorsey (lead vocals,guitar) went on to form MEM HEY SHIN and is still playing music.Thanks to all of you who supported the band in many ways!
