About Me

Quiz Results - "'It's a Small World': The happiest cruise that ever sailed! Surreal and silly, or sweet and touching, you are a well intentioned 1960s homage to the world's diversity that unfortunatly inspires feelings of sheer terror in those who can't help but feel something more sinister lays beneath your shiney surface. But most cannot deny your charm, even if they cannot explain it, and leave feeling better than when they entered. Most overlook the fact that because of your unique style and design, courtesy of Disney Legend Mary Blair, you are a true work of art and you deserve to be appreciated. You are both worldy and simplistic, both cosmopolitan and decidedly middle American. You are a splendid candy-coated contradiction with a sugary, sunny song that one never forgets. If the world truly listened to your never-ending optimism, it could be a small world after all."
What Disneyland attraction are you?

Yeah, pretty much.

My Interests

Dancing, dreaming, reading, writing, laughing... just having fun.

I'd like to meet:

Someone who will stand beside me and say, "Hey, that's beautiful. Yeah, I see it too."

Music:

I have a very broad taste in music. My favorite genres are Broadway musicals, country, and folk. BUT, I also enjoy listening to oldies, instrumental (movie scores), piano, indie, swing, '40s classics, ska, pop, rock, percussion, ethnic, and Disney (yes, it's its own genre). So yeah, I like basically everything --what can I say? I'm a dancer.

Movies:

October Sky, Pleasantville, Mona Lisa Smile, Singin' in the Rain, Mary Poppins, Finding Neverland, Phantom of the Opera, Garden State, The Wizard of Oz, Breakfast at Tiffany's, De-Lovely, and everything by Tim Burton

Television:

FRIENDS, Gilmore Girls, Pushing Daisies, Kim Possible, Animaniacs, The Dick Van Dyke Show, and Bewitched.

Books:

The Giver, Winter of Fire, Ella Minnow Pea, The Hours, Wicked, The Catcher in the Rye, The House on Mango Street, Harry Potter series, Ender's Game, Skippyjon Jones, Horton Hears a Who!, and all the usual English major literature

Heroes:

"A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself."

I'd like to be that person someday.
