It all started for REL around age 14… cats around his own age wanted to hear him spit at the lunch tables but even back then REL was the only one keepin it 100…REL REALZ states that “Original music is the key to being a dope artistâ€From the city of Harrisburg Pennsylvania..REL REALZ produces Hip Hop/Rap/Gangsta Rap and Instrumental Music.So where did the name REL REALZ originate from? REL says… “People should look forward to my music because it’s the truth in its rarest form. No gimmicks, no funny bizness, REL REALZ don’t mean I’m the realest nigga ever or sumthin like that…it means I keep it 100 n fake nigguz can’t take it holla!â€He has done music for the Burg City Radio. He also did beats for various mix tape projects that came out through the Burg City Recordings.The first album dropped in 1999 called NORTH FIST the album. In 2001 his group Hard Targetz put out the album HARD TARGETZ. 2003 was the release of the mix tape called REMEMBER THE TITANS featuring REL and his partner in cRHYME BOB DRAKE aka B FURY as the Hood Titans. REL REALZ put out another album in 2004 called DRIVEN 04’ the album. Then in 2005 with their newest and youngest member HANNIBAL GHOST on deck they came out with H.T. Bang Gang FIX YA FACE MIX TAPE. In 2007 REL REALZ lit them up with THE WORLD ON WATER which continues to earn credibility in the streets.REL REALZ says “we don’t do shows cause we gangstas, been gangstas, and will always be gangstasâ€â€¦The last show he did was for the Source Magazine unsigned hyper contest in 1998 hosted by JOE CLAIR from Rap City. It turned out the contest was rigged. Joe Clair said in reference to Rel’s set, “They are not to be fucked wit all that cheating because they would hurt somebodyâ€2009 is ready to reveal a new album around FALL 2009 from HOOD TITANS and another solo project from REL REALZ.Wait…before you listen to his music you need to ask yourself…Can you really handle this POWERFUL shit?!?Keep It Real
