Bramble Grit is an all original rock ‘n roll group that consists of guitar, drums, bass and vocals. The band was formed with original guitarist, Brad Smith to frame original lyricist/vocalist Stephen Tague’s cutting stories of animal folklore, sinners, saints, and the folly of man.
Many divergent influences meld to form the sound of the band. The members cut their teeth on all manners of country, rock, jazz and blues greats. This musical amalgamation demands a moniker all its own… Cyber-Billy. “Cyber†refers to the electronic edge of the sound. “Billy†reflects upon the rural aspects of Steve’s words and the cosmic twang of Brad’s guitars.
