After 2 Months of promoting Sunday Seduction at Camera Club, the orignial Promoters Valerie and Dave stepped out of the Project due to Disagreements with their Partner, they „gave" the Name Sunday Seduction to him for their Period of Collaboration, after they dropped the Project, Mr. & Miss T, decided to take Advantage of it. So what Mr. & Miss T did was: they stole the Logo and the Design from former Designer Mjel, put a Line Up on it, and even after knowing that they can NOT use the Name Sunday Seduction, they still did it. Now there are two Ways to deal with this:
Dave and Valerie can sue Camera Club for violating the Copyright or they have to find another Name, another Logo and another Design.
Since Dave and Valerie got the Copyright on the Name they are legally allowed to sue anybody who uses the Name SUNDAY SEDUCTION.
We build this Club alongside BK, Cloud Tissa, DJ Rebel and Kalou back in 2006 and 2007 at U4 Diskothek. Dave and Valerie remained in charge of the Event, they bought and they legally own the Name.
It is not acceptable to let any other Promoter run this Event then Valerie and Dave who worked hard for it. (Respect to BK, Rebel, Kalou and Cloud Tissa always)
All the DJ's who are booked by those Promoters should not play at any event that uses the name SUNDAY SEDUCTION without permission from the owners.
