I am passionate about three things...
I am passionate about Christ because He is passionate about me.
I am passionate about my Family/Friends because they bless and enrich my life.
I am passionate about Life because everyone only gets one shot and it's way too short to worry about making mistakes.
Eminem, Angelina Jolie, Eva Menendez, Matt Damon, the whole OCC crew, the Banana Boat bikini team... and your Mom!

Hey, real quick... lemme explain something about My Friends. If I have not met you, you will not get on this list. To my knowledge, I have hugged the necks of about 99% of the people on this list. My arms are always open... come git some!!
Music is what inspires me. It sets the mood to any and all events. I love to listen to Disturbed, Rage Against the Machine, or old school Metallica when working out, venting, or when I just need to let it all go. I love listening to Missy Elliot, Timbaland, and old school Technotronic when I'm in a dancing mood or getting ready to go out for a night on the town. I love listening to All American Rejects whenever I get frustrated with the whole dating scene. I love listening to Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, or any jazz in general when I'm ready to mellow out and throw my cares to the wind. And I love songs like "Everlasting God", "Amazing Grace", and other worship songs because they are a conduit for God to shower His love on me.
Swingers, Fight Club, Snatch, Good Will Hunting, Lord of the Rings, Waterboy, Glory, Shawshank Redemption, Rudy, The Incredibles, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Airplane, Napoleon Dynamite, Kill Bill, Cars, and I totally dig inspirational flicks that are based on true stories.
Most recently my Dad got me addicted to '24', CSI: Las Vegas, MXC, Poker, Ultimate Fighting, Monster House, Monster Garage, American Chopper, Mythbusters, and my massive movie channel selections... thanks to my roomies for putting the full-court press on me to finally break down and get cable... sheesh. ;)
The most recent book I read was entitled "What was I Thinking" by Steve Brown. I would recommend this for anyone's reading list.
I really have too many heros to name so let me give you the criteria for being one of my heros:1) You must invest. My heros are the ones that get in the trenches with me. Sure, there are a lot of 'dead guys' that are an inspiration to me; but my HEROS are the ones that keep me going when life gets tough. They are the ones that aren't afraid of getting dirty, scratched up, or injured while walking on a journey with me. Oh, and most of all, they aren't perfect... I need to be able to invest myself. I have never been able to relate to anyone who "has their act together" or is petrified because they might make a mistake or their reputation could suffer. Please, if don't think that I'm taking the same risks, then you have already told me that you think you have more to offer, more to lose, and less to gain than I... and that just might be true; but a hero doesn't weigh the odds or count the costs.
Woah, I didn't think I'd type that much on this topic... It's kinda hard to lighten that topic up any... maybe if I keep typing this footnote, then it might start to cool down a bit... yup, I'm just digging a deeper hole, aren't I... ok, I'll stop. ;)
