3 Minute Hero

This band was started up during our high school years, roughly around 1986 in the southern California city of La Mirada. Founded by Mr. Bill DuBocq on vocals & guitars, Marc Nichols on bass, and Johnny Dean on drums, a whole lotta drunken backyard debauchary & Los Angeles/Orange County club gigs commenced. Some rough studio demos with this original line-up get laid down in the interim. A permanent drummer change happens in the early 90's: Johnny Dean out; Designated Dale in, and an honest-to-goodness, five song EP is finally recorded later on in early 2004 with the helpful ear of all-around nice guy John Easdale (co-founder/vocalist of Dramarama) and Steve "Tough Guy" Olive. The band itself has been on an indefinite hiatus since late 2006, so in the meantime enjoy these selected EP tracks (all words, music, & guitars by Bill DuBocq, bass guitars by Marc Nichols, and drums by Designated Dale ©2004 )
