I am here for Friends

About Me

Fuck introductions. There's no point. My MSN is [email protected]. Just throwing that out there.

My Interests

Video games, friends, film, music, politics and billiards.

I'd like to meet:

George Orwell, Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins and perhaps Quentin Tarantino (one of the greatest film makers of all time). As for non-famous people, anyone, and I really do mean anyone. I don't care what walk of life you come from, or what baggage you bring along, or what insights and abilities you possess, I'm always up for meeting people: all people.

Music:

Bad Religion, NOFX, Immortal Technique, Tsunami Bomb, Strung Out, Rancid, AFI, Anti-Flag, Propagandhi, Sum 41, The Clash, No Use for a Name, Millencolin, Less Than Jake, Operation Ivy, Pennywise, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Descendents, Dropkick Murphys, The Bouncing Souls, Rise Against, Suicide Machines, Alkaline Trio, Avenged Sevenfold, Unearth, Good Riddance, and Thrice.

Movies:

Sin City, Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2, Pulp Fiction, Blade Runner, Office Space, 28 Days Later, Final Fantasy Advent Children, Team America: World Police, Batman Begins, Hotel Rwanda, The God That Wasn't There, Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11, Reservoir Dogs, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Clerks, Clerks 2, Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, A Clockwork Orange, Starship Troopers, Battle of Algiers, True Romance.

Television:

Family Guy, The Boondocks, The Venture Brothers, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and The Colbert Report.

Books:

Catcher in the Rye, 1984, Catch-22, The Stranger, The Scarlet Letter, Animal Farm, The Chosen, Heart of Darkness, Letter to a Christian Nation and The God Delusion. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone, but I guess that doesn't matter to most of you since 90% of Myspace people hate to read for some reason unknown to me.

Heroes:

The term "heroes" fails to define what I think this section is supposed to deal with. The ones that belong here are beyond description, in terms of what they mean to me and I'm sure many others. They are people that take it upon themselves to advance the quality of life of others, whether material or psychosocial. Personally I've had the privilege of coming into contact with a select few, but those I have met have forever changed my life. The people that truly qualify in this category need not be recognized by myself, because they know who they are.

My Blog

Complacent

Well it seems school has ended, at least for me and by ended I mean the semeter is over. As such I've had much free time on my hands and I've been doing a bit of thinking about a variety of topics, bu...
