I'm the second eldest of five awesome siblings. I grew up in Queens, New York. I have lived in California for 19 years now. I love the West Coast, but am very interested in exploring all of the Caribbean Islands and some other countries as well. I teach Health and fitness and feel that our Self Esteem (how we truly feel about ourselves) determines what we do, allow others to do to us and how we relate to every aspect of our world, especially our health and wealth. As I teach and interact with others, my message is always about developing self esteem and being the best you, you can be.
