Through a series of chance meetings, mainly at local gigs in Glasgow, tHE bEING was born.Like minded music lovers who enjoy one another's company. Over the years our shape and size has changed, but our main aim has always been to represent ourselves strongly on the global hip hop community that brought us together.The Being is more a stream of consciousness rather than a physical entity. Individualism becomes a single assault on preposterous notions and breaks the shackles of conventional wisdom.Collectively we become more comfortable in our own creative skin. We are our own barometer of what is and isn't acceptable artistic behavior.We believe in good old fashioned hip hop values such as making honest music and getting slightly sparkled.
