It all began with the Band GROßsTADT REBELLEN/NOTAUSGANG.Founded in spring of 1992 . The first line-up featured the following members: Guitarist FRAND SHRODER and HEIKO RABENSTEIN the Bass guitarist from "THINK OF MYSERY" from and the drum-machine from "TANKARD" Oliver Werner (OW).Since 1994 the Band Großstadt Rebellen released two full length CDs. The music was a mix of Metal-Rock..n..Roll and Punk. It got distributed by two small labels in Germany. After a couple of changes in the Line-up the Band rocked on with another Tankard musician. Andreas Bulgaropulos joined the Band until 1997, then recorded a new Demo CD. After a couple of great live gigs they were invited to play an opening gig for "Tankard" at their 15 years anniversary concert in Frankfurt. It was an amazing concert and reviews were were great throughout all metal magazines like Rock Hard Germany etc. After that show Andy stopped playing while moving to Berlin. The distance was too big and the Band finally broke up in 1998.Now after 9 years ….we..re back with the strongest and best line up ever. Performing as REBELL 8 we're out to rock your brains out! So stay tuned und watch out for REBELL 8!

Our music is a mix of the good old Hard Rock/Rock..n Roll with German Lyrics. Our actual Demo “100 % Rock..n..Roll „ will be recorded in October 2007 in the GOLDEN STAR Studio in Sindelfingen/Germany.
