About Me

Street Sweeper Records was started in 2003 by Jesse (Lil' J) Perez out of Billings, MT. While recording his first solo album, an unfortunate turn came upon his progression. Lil' J was charged with robbery and was sentenced to 14 years in the state prison. Lil' J did a few years in the state prison and kept his passion going through writing and staying focused on earning back his freedom. on July 13th 2007, Lil' J was released and returned to his home town of Billings. Since he has been out, he has recuited the sickest artists around the 406. Artists on the label include Lil J, the labels founder, producer, and C.E.O!! Ace, the bilingual tongue twister, a vet in this game & a lyrical mastermind!! Skrillz, one of the sickest beat makers & a genious when it comes to lyrics & production!! Native Siouxperman, his name is known all over the 406, a master of this game & a jack of all trades!! And last but not least, Brianna!! The new angelic voice that you hear on fantasy, she has the most beatuiful voice I have ever heard!!
