Walker, Louis Windmon, Sly Stone, George Clinton and his musical off-spring Bootsy Collins, Burnnie Worrell, aceo Parker and the rest of the "Horney Horns", Henry Brown, Pearl Brown, Mike Taylor, Todd Rungren, Eric Burton, War, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix,(he's up there with #1), Gap Band, Rare Earth,(all Motown), all Blue-Note, C.T.I. record labels, Beatles, Chicago, Rotter's Club, Sheila E., and Pete and Coke Escovito?, Wheather Report, Yellowjackets, Foreplay, Rascals, Al Green, Steely Dan, Z.Z.Top, King Crimson, Steve Hillage, Nate Cook, Stevie Ray Von, Robert Brookins, Narrada Micheal Walden, the late John Bonnom and Led Zepplin, the Police, Bemshi, Les Nubian, Authur Stone, Grover Washington Jr., Geroge Benson, B.B. She along with her sisters are somes of the finest you'll ever hear in your life, a small sample of their work is in the film "Rumble Fish". There is also a group called Blues-Space that has a drummer named Will Windmon and bassist Steve Davis that keep a thight groove that backs the guitar, Keyboards and Horns/vocals. I follow them so much you would think I'm in the band. I will always be adding more and more people, like Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaria, Miles Davis, Carmine Appice, I can't say enough for John Bonham, John McLanghlin, William Calhoun, Ginger Baker, Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, Steve Adelson, Pete Mangini, Elvin Jones, Steve Ferrone, Joe Satriani, Manu Katche', Art Blakey Jack DeJohnette, Al Jackson Jr., the Who, Keith Moon, Pleasure, Barkays, Issac Hayes, Ben Lacey, Henri Brown (up there in Vancouver, British Columbia) and the late Pearl Brown (Henri's beautiful mother).
Just recenly Terry Bozzio's seminar was a big boost. I wish that there were more people of color there, cause they needed to hear what he had to say about his roots, which were many different cultures.
