Hi I'm Debbie, I'm just hanging out, hoping to meet some nice people to call friend! I'm a mom of 5 amazing children who I adore, divorced for 10 yrs was married 20, living and working in San Antonio Texas. I'm an Administrative Asst by profession, and a mother by God's amazing grace. I'm just learning all this fun stuff here in "My Space" world... so please be patient.I enjoy camping (with tents, open fire &/or coleman, etc), the river, Gruene, Canyon Lake, the coast, dancing country & some Rock & Roll. I enjoy most all music, flea markets, arts -n- craft shows, watching people, and festivals. I'm happy with my life, enjoy jokes, and laughing (can't tell a joke, never comes out right), patient, caring, and a giver by nature (which often bites me in the butt.. however it's better than being closed off and selfish). I do my own honey do's for the most part, I can change my oil & flat tire if need be, float and tap sheet rock, lay tile, a little minor plumbing, and love to refinish furniture (woods). I got all these handy traits from my Daddy! Thanks Daddy!!!!! I attend church, and am a believer.When I grow up, I want to be as creative, caring, and loving as my parents are.... who are still married after 55 yrs.Drop in again sometime, maybe I'll have learned something that will put a shimmer to my page...... right!!!!!!! Don't take offense to this, but I'm not looking to hook-up with anyone, so don't even go there..... I am not here for that garbage!Thanks again for stopping by!

My Interests

Reading, music, gardening, crafts, outdoors, fishing, picnics, walks in the park, dancing, learning more "do it yourself home improvements skills", and just plain relaxing sometimes. I am on the computer alot, meeting some really nice people all over the country, making a very few friends locally, and friends means people you actually do things with..... Right Carol, (Cowboys here we come) and Marie, Ladies we gotta hit the Flea Market!! I also brush up on my computer skill with online training; search the web on how to's, like wood flooring, refurbishing bathrooms, kitchens.... home improvement stuff, etc; and get lost in You Tube.

The love of my life! Now that was a silly question!!! No offense, I don't expect, or hope to meet him here!!But since that isn't in my hands, I'll rely on the angels to bring him to me one day!Funny thing is, there really isn't any one I can name that I'd like to meet (celebrity, etc).... we all put our pants on the same way, some are just more talented, gifted, smarter, and fortunate than others!! :-) Tis life my dears!!!!!

My Daddy...... He took care of us, disciplined us, taught us, introduced us to our Lord and Savior, loved us even when we "screwed up".... and now he's taking care of Mom. He takes her to dialysis, makes her meals, gets her meds, helps her dress, takes her to her doctor appts, and he smiles all the while..... He calls her his Baby Doll! He's always been there for each and every one of us, and I'm there for him, even though he won't share the load.My hero that surpasses my Daddy, is the good Lord above, without him I can do nothing.
