Flicker Chapel Hill is a bi-monthly showcase of local, national, and international films that takes place at the Cat's Cradle in Carrboro, NC. We accept work in all genres, the only stipulations being that 1) the film was originally shot on Super-8, 16 mm, or 35 mm, and 2) the film is 15 minutes or less.
