McFLY was started by Tom Fletcher and consists of; Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter, and Harry Judd. The name 'McFLY' was chosen by Tom Fletcher, based on his love for the American science-fiction comedy, Back to the Future, from the character Marty McFLY
