the Crags

The Crags emerged out of the wreckage of the break-up of Gentleman Jim and the li'l Bastards. Starting with a few songs left from the li'l Bastards set, we started playing and writing new songs in the early spring of '06. It started with Jeremy and Brett (who played together in late '90s SF hardcore/oi band Hardbinger) jamming with Jeff (the last li'l Bastards drummer). In the fall of '06, we recruited Lars (who played with Jeremy in the comic/stoner metal band Nappytyme Junction in the late '90s and early '00s) to play organ. We spent some time finding Steve to play drums, and we played our first show in June of '07.
