About Me

Donald R. Gray Jr. aka D. Gray is the founder & CEO of G.E.M & Associates. He started the company in July 2007 along with his brother from the same mother Andre "Dre Stacks" Hall who passed away on August 24, 2009. Dre was a vital part of the G.E.M's family vision. We will always remember his jovial and creative spirit. He will live forever in our hearts. G.E.M & Assoc. translates as "Gray Entertainment Management & Associates". The company specializes in the career management and promotion of creative artists with a concentration in music, film, literature & comedic entertainment.
