About Me

Zach Redden - Lead Vocals, Bass Guitar, Acoustic GuitarJosh Redden - Drums, Backing VocalsBrad Beebee - Electric Guitar In March of 2007 Singer/Songwriter/Bassist Zach Redden, Drummer Josh Redden, and Guitarist Brad Beebee formed the Omaha, NE-based rock group Those Guys. The three connected explosively, and after only three months the band had professionally recorded a nine-track demo album of original music. The following year bore witness as Those Guys developed a formidable standing in the Omaha music scene. In that time they have nearly doubled their song list, played a major show sponsored by the top Omaha radio station for local music, frequently received thanks for bringing the majority of the crowd, and continued to expand a rapidly growing fan base. The band delivers a powerful mixture of blues-based rock-n-roll, “blow your head off” jams, and beautiful acoustic ballads, all served over pure energy. Reminiscent of rock music from both the 70’s and 90’s, they still incorporate a modern, youthful feel coupled with innovative originality. Zach’s unique voice and inspired lyrics are vital aspects of their sound’s distinctiveness, while his technical bass lines add crucial depth and dominance to the music. With soaring guitar riffs creating a perfect mixture of electricity and power, Brad’s range of both style and ability borders on unbelievable. Josh’s enthusiasm and intensity is the driving force behind the overall energy of Those Guys aptly earning him the title “Thundergod”. The three of them bring a much-needed level of originality and energy to the music industry. Those Guys gives the fans what they want: music you can rock to, mosh to, and even sing along with. The ingeniously talented crossing of various sounds, styles, and genres appeals to a substantially larger audience than most other groups. On top of all this is their commanding presence of an awe-inspiring, floor-pounding live show that can get any crowd going. Those Guys is more than just a band creating and playing some amazing music though; it’s an idea… the idea of freedom and fun… the idea of lyrics you can understand and music with energy that you can get up and move to… the idea of people connecting even if for just one night, one show. Above all else, it’s the idea of getting back to true rock-n-roll.BOOKING INFORMATION: Josh Crum - Manager Phone: 402-612-8998 Email: [email protected] Redden - Singer/Bass Phone: 402-208-5236 real editor best profile tools real editor best profile tools

Influences: We all come from many diverse musical backgrounds.
Brad's main influence is the late great dimebag darrell from pantera/damageplan. some of his other influences are Eddie Van Halen, the late great Randy Rhodes of Ozzy, Ozzy himself, Metallica, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and the list could fill the length of the bible.
Josh's influences are John Bonham, Shannon Larkin, and Jim Croce. For some reason that dude is the shit.
Zach's influences are Marilyn Manson, Tool, Mozart, his dad Cecil, the people around him and the things they do. Influence is what you see that others don't.
Sounds Like: .. We cover a range of styles and try to never limit ourselves to one sound. We do slow acoustic ballads, blow your head off jams, and good old blues based rock and roll. We have a 70's style with cutting edge sound. Our drum beats, guitar licks and basslines are technical and fast so we sound totally different than anything nowadays; also everything we do is original. We do covers once in a great while though. THOSE GUYS are reviving Rock the way it should be. ..
