Standby Horizon is a hard rocking band hailing from the Louvain area, Belgium. This five piece noise combo rose out of the ashes of N3kst and Shaken not stirred, in the fall of 2007.
The band's foundations consist of fast-paced rhythms, full-blast bass lines and grinding high-energy riffs. Throw in some powerful yet melodic vocals, et la voilà : instant Standby Horizon! Hook-filled punk rock, cleverly intwined riffs and melodies blended in with post-hardcore, progressive and fusion elements. Sounds nifty, doesn't it?
