An Introduction to the Ishaya Meditation
DIY JOY is a relaxed afternoon workshop lead by American monk, Bhuman "Mike" Ishaya in which you'll learn the first of the Ishaya Meditation (IM) techniques.
Even if you think you can't meditate, this extremely simple, yet highly effective meditation will work for you!
Clear, patient instruction is alternated with time spent meditating as a group. This gives everyone a chance to practice the new technique and to ask questions and receive feedback.

IM works to effortlessly remove stress from the nervous system. Since the mind is dominant and the body secondary, it is possible to reverse the internal programming.
