Founded in 2006, Healing Aids is a team of individuals that are committed to education, action, and support. We believe that we can, should, and will make a difference in helping heal the global pandemic of HIV and Aids.
Education:
It is our goal to provide information to the church on a regular basis regarding those infected/affected by HIV/Aids. We do this through multiple media forms and people. Our aim is to keep the information out in the open, and in turn, remove the stigma associated with the subject of HIV/Aids.
Action:
Healing Aids does both local community outreaches and is also planning for international projects with our sister organization, Bright Hope International.
We have also partnered with our friends at Michaelle House for our local projects. We visit our friends at Michaelle House every third Sunday and eat some BBQ, chat,
and just hang out!
