Best graphics, layouts, and more for your profiles! Click Here!My husband and I have been happily married for 43 years. We have been blessed with a daughter, now 41 and a 33 year old son. Then we have our latest blessing, our beautiful daughter, Anna now 5. She is our little princess and makes sure we stay away from those old rocking chairs and continue to have fun. We are also thankful for our three beautiful grandchildren and a great son-in-law. We are so happy that they live close by because we love spending time with our children and grandchildren, and taking them beautiful, fun places. Unfortunately, our son suffered a permanant traumatic brain injury, several years ago, but, thanks to God, and the many prayers said for him, he is doing far above what the doctors ever imagined. He is unable to work or live alone, and lives in a personal care home across town. I will be glad to share any way I can if anyone else is going through the difficulties of getting help for TBI or dealing with the effects. I mostly worked in home health, but taught English Conversation to 15 wonderful Japanese students while stationed in Korea in the seventies. As an extra bonus, the adult students and I became close friends. I would be thrilled to locate my students again. I also like to stay active in our church. I love God, people, helping others, smiles, & happy endings. My husband is a retired army officer, so since we both love to travel, really enjoyed our assignments, except for the few unaccompanied ones, and took many tours and vacations to neighboring countries when stationed overseas. Our favorite assignment was in West Berlin, Germany where we lived only a block from the infamous wall (now torn down). It was such an amazing experience for us and our children. Sorry for all the ramblings, but while making new friends, hopefully some of the friends we have lost touch with over the years will come across this space and realize it is me. It would be wonderful to find them. I have already found one on here, and we have talked for hours on the phone the past few weeks catching up.
