It's not that I'm ignoring; I just find most of you uninteresting to even reply.

About Me

.... ..

A troubled Cancerian in a constant gyroscopic tumble of emotions and thoughts and prefers to be left alone with them.
Simplistically unique but known to vary extremely under the influence of the right stuff be it synthetic or natural. He is of a matriculate nature to some extent without threading on the fine line between being an obsessive compulsive freak or a nazi though he would take it gladly as a compliment.
Currently working in an IT firm as I set aside the remainder of the time to fulfillmy creative side of life through photography. This includes my addictive needs that usually involve heavily on anything tech-related, photography and self-destructing lifestyles. At times I do miss my previous workplace at the cyber-center in CityHall where close friends regard it as the best chill out point in town. Good times.
As a kid we're asked what our ambitions are.
As an adult we're asked how we're going to spend the rest of our lives.
As I open my eyes to every waking day I desire more to become the free-spirit.
Photography is something which I truly enjoy doing as a hobby and an artist. Neither am I a 'compact digital camera Photoshopuser' nor do I consider to be part of the so called ‘lomo/indie-photoculture’ as I dwell more on the classic art form of filmphotography aesthetics. Street/Trail mountain biking is a constant passion as well. The kind of music I dwell in has been as such since the 90s.Neither would I like to be associated with any scenes nor be labeled to any genre.
Websites of the stuff I take are listed below:-
My ongoing work located at: http://azrafael.deviantart.com/gallery
My inactive Holga styles located at: www.lomohomes.com/Azrafael
Enjoy the galleria I've accumulated over the years but do take note that they're copyrighted and I'll take the law onto myown hands if it gets serious.
I know pop-culture enough to detest it: Herd mentalities, Fads, Trends, Top40, et al.
I'm cynical.
I'm straight.
I'm egocentric.
I'm controversial.
I'm sick of the society.
I'm not suitable for the commons.
;-)
It came to my attention that there are clones of my pseudo name 'Azrafael' springing up over the web. I don't have anyintellectual proprietary right over the name for the past 7 years but just to prevent any form of mistaken identity, I willlist down the websites I'm associated with:-Google BangMe LastFm MySpace YouTube l33tsig Mozilla Blogspot Facebook Wikipedia WhosGoing DeviantArt Friendster TechCrunch Photobucket SGHeadphones TheRegisterUk LinuxQuestions ShatteredGalaxy WorldOfWarcraft BrotherhoodOfTheBox SingaporeMountainBikeForum
Some might consider this listing as losing my privacy online.
As for me, I don't have anything to hide.
This is who I am.
During my near 2 year insomniac phase years ago I encountered a being in a dream whom spoke to me. He addressed himself asAzrafael and I bear his name as a reminder of his words which haunt me still.

I'd like to meet:

I wouldn't want to say 'anyone' and end up ignoring messages for I don’t consider myself as a sociable person in the first place.

Why am I here then? To stumble upon the few special people and keep in touch and also to keep track of bands you don't listen to which I have enjoyed being a part of their unique genres which are shunned upon by the mainstream airwaves.

Preferably not the typical human less you’re one of the few liberals who can take my ways of self-existence and hatred for all things cliché. But MySpace is cliche! Sadly it has become so.

Examples of things I detest:
Scene kids (emo cunts; cry more),
Trend whores (slaves of acceptance),
Mid 20s self-proclaimed philosophers,
Aspiring SPGs (trash to me; exotic to others).

So instead of being a hypocrite I'm keeping my options limited to those who'd catch my attention of being different from the masses (no, really!).

Everyone's different.
It’s just a matter of taste.

PS:
False romantics disgust me.
Judgmental judgmentals sicken me.

PSS:
I do not accept comments on any part of the page as I do not wish to treat this profile as a billboard for anything else.

Private message me; I might just entertain you personally.

Books:

The only period of time I was hooked onto reading was during my pre-pubescent years and Roald Dhal wrote some of the most wonderful stories ever. I have his entire collection and even got hold of his short stories compilation known as 'The Omnibus'.
Other than that I had a great time reading up sick stories by Stephen King, fantastical dungeons n dragons by Tolkien, and the more scientific Kevin Warwick.
The internet opened my eyes at the age of 15 and I'm hooked on the endless knowledge it offers and disregarded general fiction since.
Meanwhile out of sheer curiosity of past thinkers I'm reading up some their literary works.
Friedrich Nietzsche's :-
Human All too Human.
Thus Spoke Zarathustra.
Why I Am So Wise.
Twilight of the Idols.
On the advantage & disadvantage of history for life.
Ecce Homo
Fiction plays apart once a while:-
Franz Kafka's stories (1904-1924)
Philip K Dick's:
Ubik
A Scanner Darkly
Man in the High Castle, The
Confessions of a Crap Artist.
Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said.
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?
