About Me

I am officially middle-aged but figure it's better than the dark ages, so I'll deal with it. I have lots of energy most of the time, and spend it well. Been married since 1992 to Carla, though we've been together since 1990. Three dogs: Wrinky, Gabby, and Button, and a cat Suki. I have been an Occupational Therapist since 1987 and still LOVE what I do. Most of my work these days is at a Nursing Home Rehab. Also, I do community-based OT, mostly with people who've had Brain and/or Spinal Injuries. One great love of mine is music: listening, singing, and even writing original songs. Though I sometimes bicycle to work, I need to find time for more exercise with weights, to snowshoe, or to take the dogs up for a hike in the canyons. The latter is preferable. Originally from New York, now out West. The mountains "called" to me. It's great being OUT here in the Golden Spike Empire of Utah. I think I have a good sense of humor, sometimes silly or sarcastic, and enjoy it dry and shaken, not stirred.

My alter ego, the organized one, so we can coordinate how to manage all the stuff I don't have time to do in real life. Hopefully, she is more patient, tactful, and kind than me solo. Besides that, I figure that when I need to meet someone, that person will appear.
