Influences: My head is like an old vase on the mantlepiece with little bits of junk in it, I shake it and I see what comes out....Tom Waits, the Stones, Hank Williams, Bert Jansch, Jim White, the great Johnny Cash... listening to Sufjan Stevens a lot at the moment...my current best thing is Idumea from the Cold Mountain soundtrack, chills down the spine or what. A little bit here, a little
bit there....I'm a magpie, anything shiny I'll pick up.
