Quincy Villanueva started off as a model at the age of 17 after she joined the popular modeling site OneModelPlace.com. From there, the sky was the limit for her.She is a descent of Filipino,Chinese and Spanish. She was born on October 21st, 1984 in Dipolog, Philippines. She and her 4 siblings came to the US in 1992 & were raised in the Northside of Chicago by their parents. Growing up, Quincy Mae just absolutely loved music, dancing and just entertaining a crowd of family and friends. She was raised in a family were both fairly-stricted parents loved music, with her mother being in a choir group and her karaoke-loving father.Early on as a child, her father introduced her to 80's music which even now, Quincy is a huge fan of. Since the young age of 7, Quincy knew that "performing and entertaining" people is what shes loves and enjoys doing, that only a few years later really realize that being in Showbiz and singing is her true Passion.In high school, she started modeling and went to many auditions for modeling agencies with hopes to be discovered.She did some TV pilots, which includes "You're Hired!" by Telepictures/Warner Bros. in 2003. She has worked as a promotional model for Black Magic in car shows such as Hot Import Nights. She has also have had a lot of internet features in various modeling sites. With some offers from modeling agencies, she decided to stay exclusive (to herself) as a model for the future opportunities with different modeling companies. She has worked with many Photographers from Chicago & the suburbs, California, Minneapolis, Michigan, just to name a few.After many accomplishments as a beginner model in Chicago, at the age of 19 she met Ray Murphy, Jr., cousin of "THE" Eddie Murphy whom has produced many of Eddie's films. Quincy's meeting with Ray led her to move to North Hollywood, California in 2004 to fulfill acting, another dream she had always wanted to accomplish. She got into many auditions and met a lot of great people.A little after finally getting comfortable in North Hollywood, Quincy decided to move back home to Chicago. There was a lot of drama involved with her decision. Then on, she took a break from everything she ever worked so hard for and gave birth to two beautiful little girls in 2005 and 2006.In the summer of 2007, She met Droopy "Mike Hoskin" Tek, CEO of Cataclysm Records and did her first demo, "Only You" with him.In December of 2007, Quincy went to an audition for FOX new show called "The Moment of Truth". She was called back and went to many interviews in Chicago & Los Angeles which finally included the actual polygraph test of 50 very personal questions. Her actual episode aired on August 28th, 2008. She won $100,000 from the show.Since then, Quincy has been getting back into shape and back into modeling. She started going back to do auditions and landed a role as a nurse in an Indie film by Moopy Vision Entertainment called "It Takes a Village". She was also featured in the "Red Eye" newspaper in October 2008 for her shot at "The Moment of Truth".Quincy has plans to move out to Los Angeles in 2009 to continue following her dream as a big actress in Hollywood.Quincy Villanueva has an IMDB profile at IMDB.COM.
