Surtr started anno 2007 in the region called ’Småland’ and is a serious aim for the dark forces in this present world and beyond. We took the name Surtr as it represents the mayhemic force that lies whitin the ancient dark powers that lurks in the shadows of our Germanic past.
'Surtr' means 'The black' in ancient Norse and is the ruler and guardian of Muspelheim (the land/world of fire). He will lead the dark forces at Ragnarök and cut down Yggdrasil (the tree of life) with his sword of fire. And cleanse the earth with fire and burn it in to ashes.
Finally the manifest of Surtr is recorded. And this tool of destruction witch will be released through Scyte of Death Productions in future. But there are some mastering left before the demo will be out!
