Less discussion, MORE PERCUSSION!

About Me

We're a handful of bouncy boys and giddy girls from Charlotte, NC. We've found ourselves thouroughly overjoyed at the prospect of recording and performing temple-thumping screw-rock with four on the floor beats and pedal steels. We're big Wampum Chiefs with Neon Tamborines. Ours is a Day-Glo Kingdom. We talk to gods and we have a tympani.

New song version 2 - ...From the Realm

We made most of a new song yesterday and Saturday. It's called "...From the Realm" and we think it's just as pretty as pretty can be. All that's left are some guitars and one more vocal track 'n som...

Got some new song-ettes up...

We've started constructing and deconstructing some new ditties and we'd thought we'd throw our (very) sloppy demos up for anyone who'd like to hear 'em. It's just singing and guitaring and tamborinin...

A New Emotions all done!

We finally knocked out our initial track, and we're tickled pink with it. It took us a lot longer to finish than we'd planned...we recorded everything in totally new ways from what we did in our old ...

A New Emotion V4 Shimmybones

This version has tympani, tamborine, and maracas.  It's also mixed a lil' better.  This should be the last percussion mix...there'll probably be some more beating and banging, but mostly we'...

A New Emotion V3 Chunkybones

A New Emotion V2 Meatierbones

We've got some heave-ho breathing lumped into this mix, as well as some hand claps and other various percussion. Top it off with some patented GentleBen nob-tweakin', and you've got yourself a pretty...

New song...

I thought it would be neat to post our new stuff as it developed.  The track labeled "A New Emotion V.1 Barebones" is a skeletal version of our first Kachina song.  It'll get bigger and...
