S.T.A.G.

S.T.A.G. now is a thrash- death metal band,but when the band started playing in 1999,the sound was a nu-metal highly influenced by Korn and Slipknot. At the beginning they were: Ed:Vocals Ronnie:Guitars Tammy:Drums Low:Bass guitar In 2001 S.T.A.G. publish the e.p. “Lifeless”,e.p. that obtains very good reviews by all the specialized press. After the release of Lifeless the band started an intensive live activity in all Italy and in 2002 S.T.A.G. played as supporter of Necrodeath. At the end of 2002 Fra joins the band as a percussionist and with him the band record the song “Kill the kings”,included in the compilation “Dhrone”. In 2004 comes out the second e.p.:”Unborn”,where the sound begins to be more aggressive ‘cause of the style of the new guitar player Max. This second work of the band obtains enthusiastic reviews too but too many line-up problems stop the band from 2005 to 2007. The S.T.A.G. come back in 2007 with a new line up: Luci Fer:Vocals Jacopo:Guitars Zucca:Guitars Fede:Drums Low(the only member from the original line up):Bass guitar. The new members influences take away the sound of the band from the nu metal and take the sound to a thrash-melodic death metal with Swedish influence,mixed with gothic and classic metal. In the summer of 2007 comes out the third e.p. ,titled "In Your Room",recorded in Pier Gonella's studios.
