Dalek Sec

I have evolved ... I am Dalek Sec leader of the Cult of Skaro in hybrid Dalek/Human form. I clearly display physical traits from both humans and the Dalek mutant. My basic physiology is primarily human, with four limbs and four fingers and one opposable thumb on each hand, though my skin is now leathery and predominantly beige. My head is where the alterations are most prominent. With exception of skin changes, my mouth and chin are more-or-less the same as a human's. The upper part of my head bears a mostly-exposed brain, a single large eye and stubby tentacles arranged in a broken circle around my head. These tentacles twitch a little, very slowly when I am calm but more rapidly during periods of heightened emotion. Along the back of my neck are what may be exposed vertebrae.
I have realised that to survive the Daleks need to evolve into a brand new species, where has thinking we are the superior race got us so far? As the leader of the Cult of Skaro it is my duty to imagine and discover ways to preserve Dalek kind. I'm sure my fellow members Dalek Caan, Dalek Thay and Dalek Jast would disagree and may possibly attempt to betray me as their leader ... If this occurs I have a backup plan!

Our purpose is wrong! Where has our quest for supremacy led us? To this, hiding in the sewers on a primitive world. Just four of us left. If we do not change now, then we deserve extinction. We tried everything to survive, but we found ourselves stranded in this ignorant age. First, we tried growing new Dalek embryos, but their flesh was too weak. It forced us to conclude, what is the greatest resource of this planet? Its people.
