Creators, professionals from the art world and the general public come face to face in a free environment. With the sounds of various artists drawn from the modern electronic dance world it produces a fusion between an art event and a club night.The Gallery Club stimulates and initiates the interest of a new target group (people active in the club scene) in autonomous photography and video. The objective is to offer an informal setting within the nightlife where a party crowd can witness and experience art in its many forms. By using the nightlife as the background for photography and video these art forms will be taken in and experienced more freely. The night offers many people an escape from everyday routine and social expectations, thereby being more open for the many expression of art in an uninhibited manner.The goal is to attain total empathy for visuals and music. The basic principles are founded around the thematically anticipated projections of photos and videos, where the music tunes in or just happens to confront. The music reacts and advances into a synergy released with the images shown.The Gallery Club is designed to act as gathering between young adults, artists, creators, and professionals from the world of art, within a non-coercive environment.
