About Me

Interests: I love to read everything from Lee Smith to Gerald Clarke to Jim Goad. My favorite musical genre is 70's prog rock, but when I tire of Tull, ELP, Yes, and Gentle Giant (and who doesn't?), I listen to just about anything and everything - 13th Floor Elevators, My Morning Jacket, the goddess known as Bjork, Bartok, Mike Oldfield, the Russian band DDT, and Don Williams. I am a huge MSTie - my fave is "Mitchell," though "Manos: The Hands of Fate," "Jack Frost," "Pod People," and the short "Mr. B Natural" rank on up there. Russian history (though not Soviet) history fascinates me, and the Cyrillic alphabet is the most beautiful in the world. My favorite movies are: "The Shining," "Boogie Nights," "Jackie Brown," "The Conversation," "Chinatown," and "The Godfather." My inner fantasy world is populated with wizards, ghosts, Mafia Dons, bell-bottomed purty peepul, and the occasional alien. If I could time-travel, I would go back to the 70's and hang out at Robert Evans' and Jack Nicholson's parties and crash EST conventions. Personality: eccentric, freak, weirdo. I am a little bit of a wild child, though sadly age is taming that trait. Quirky sense of humor that depends greatly on word play. I want to be a pirate of the world without ravaging its resources. It's beneath Her Majesty's dignity to plunder too much or resort to petty offenses, but occasionally I have to be a hard-ass. Nosy as all hell, because individuals are so fascinating and they all have stories to tell. The ex called me "somewhat intimidating to the uninitiated." Fiercely loyal and somewhat protective of those I love. Would rather listen than talk. I'm warm to the touch because my fires are constantly stoked. Hey, I'm a lover, not a fighter! Tomboyish streak. Kind of dominant, kind of submissive.
You are the Star card. The Star is the light of
hope. Shining in the night, sending light
into darkness, the stars provide direction to
sailors and are a field on which to dream.
Humanity used to look up at the sky and
desire to be there, to find out what it all
meant, and now we have been a distance into
space and have elementary ideas of the makeup
of all the different stars. This kind of
achievement adds further fuel to our hopes.
The eternal, slow-moving stars that will be
long shining past the end of our own
existence provide hope of immortality, and
the vast space they suggest and the very
mystery they hold provide us with excitement
and knowledge yet to be discovered. Image

What type of person do you attract? Your Result: You attract artsy people!

Those free spirited artists with great imaginations find you interesting. They are usually interesting themselves, so its not a bad thing, but they CAN be a bit wifty and choose odd goals. If you like life to always be a bit 'different' from the norm, but not too extreme in any one direction, these are the people for you. If you seek logical decision making skills and good money management, you may want to change something in the way you appear. Artsy people are fun for adventure and exploring, so, have fun! (smoking weed helps too)

You attract geeks!
You attract unstable people!
You attract Yuppies!
