I am really horrible about talking about myself but here it goes... I was born in '85 in West Covina, CA; I moved all over the San Gabriel Valley while growing up but was mostly around the Glendora/San Dimas area. After graduating from Glendora High in '03, I moved to Texas for college & to chase stupid dreams. Went broke, and moved back to LA. I moved to the Bay area in '05 and started working as a "professional" photographer. Once I got sick and tired of the early mornings & not having work for 4-5mo out of the year I started stagehanding. I found I'm actually pretty good at it, and I really love it. I started working for Livenation/BGP working at every concert I could book. I got to see some really amazing things with the job too- I watched the sold out Police concert from Sting's actual dressing room, met almost every performer that came to Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. I started networking and branching out into other venues and other aspects to the concert/entertainment industry and thats how I met up with Bobby Schneider & Accurate Staging. I started working for Accurate as a relatively new to the industry employee but quickly ended up replacing 3 veterans of the trade and became his main go-to guy. I learned how to drive a fork-lift and a Semi(which I've had to drive through/into San Francisco during rush hour). Also while working with Bobby, I had the opportunity to go out on tour with the band Third Eye Blind, and did some guitar tech jobs for Stephen Jenkins at a couple private affairs around the city. Even though my heart is with Stagehanding and guitar tech, I did come to the same conclusion most stagehanders get to which is "what's more important, being able to eat and live, or have fun working at concerts" which I chose the former. So now I am working as a Field Service Administrator (which is a nice fancy term for Dispatcher/Clerk) which is fun because I get to work w/ computers and other Tech-y stuff all day. (well, when I'm not busy answering phones and doing data entry). I still stagehand when I get the chance, but it's been really limited on how much I'm able to do. I live in Union City, CA (just until my transfer papers come in for Seattle) with my girlfriend Emma and our 3 "kids" Corona, Hyde, & Trixie. I am very much looking forward to moving up to WA and getting out of California.
