I have one true idol in my life: I idolized him since I was younger than 8 years old (never got the opportunity to meet him YET)...the handsome, multi-talented, fantastic and unique voiced and sexy singer of THE WHO, ROGER DALTREY, CBE!!!!!!!! I have been a ROGER DALTREY/WHO FAN since I heard their music. Whenever I was down and depressed I would put on my headphones and just listen to Roger's great voice and I would feel a lot better about things that were going poorly in my life. Now, 40 years later I am still his number one fan. You are the greatest Roger!!!!!!Now found out that not only his interest in music but he is an awesome actor. He also contributes time and money to the "Teenager Cancer Trust" that is the reason he was given a medal..for all this magnificant man does for others.GUESS WHAT..IT HAPPENED!!! I was flown out to L.A. and all my WHO SISTERS/BROTHERS helped out and kept everything a secret but when the VH1 ROCK HONOURS for THE WHO had taken place...I was there!!! I was surprised and I was given the most wonderful opportunity of my life...I met ROGER DALTREY. He treated me so wonderful the entire weekend and this man is the greatest man alive. He was so sweet, caring, sensitive, wonderful and fun to be with and I would like to thank Rob Lee, Cyn, Mike Robbins and Kim. You all RULE and without your wonderful teamwork this would never have happened. I THANK YOU ....YOU TOO ROGER, OF COURSE
