About Me
..Sandra La Chispa has her first contact with dance at the age of five years,where she starts a long education in ballet at the conservatory. The following years she dedicates herself also to Jazzdance. Later Sandra discovers her love for Flamenco,in which she finds the expression for her emotions and personality. She lives in Granada,where she gets her first professional dancing education in Flamenco from:Marie Carmen Guerrero,Lidia Pousa and Fatima Sanchez. In the year 2003 Sandra begins the cooperation with the guitarist Flaco de Nerja and starts to play concerts in Vienna. The following years she lives in Sevilla,where she deepens her education in Flamenco with personalities like:Alicia Marquez,Manuela Reyes,Ramon Martinez,Rosario Toledo,Pilar Ortega,Carmen Mesa,etc.Sandra represents her country at the first Flamenco-Festival in Sanlucar de Barrameda(Spain),where she is celebrated from the spanish audience. After her coming back to Vienna she starts the cooperation with the orchestra Arpeggiata and goes on tour with the programm "Los Impossibles". Sandra also dedicates herself to organize Flamenco concerts in Vienna. In 2007 she founds,together with Flaco de Nerja, the first Flamenco-Festival in Vienna. She takes place in workshops with Miguel Vargas, Araceli de Alcala and Silvia de Paz.
