I caved into peer pressure and made a Myspace!

About Me

I'm a reclusive computer geek, commonly known as Nirrudn throughout the online gaming world. No cool story about the name, it was just randomly generated in a game and I stuck with it.I have a fascination with watching artists do what they're good at. I could sit and watch Bob Ross on the Joy of Painting for hours on end. Maybe because I don't have a stitch of creativity in myself. The closest thing I do to an art form is computer programming. Some day hopefully I'll mix my main hobby (gaming) and work, becoming a video game programmer. No luck so far though.I like to laugh, as evident by my taste in TV shows. Who doesn't? Although I'm told I have a fairly warped sense of humor. To give you an idea, the other day I saw a simple graph: "Time vs Arrow Length" and it made me laugh for a while.

Warm out today. Warm out yesterday. Even warmer today.

Stephanie and I went to Vegas recently.  I'm pretty sure I came back medium-rare.  We didn't stay as long as I'd like to have, but we still experienced a fair bit.The first night we went to ...

I love this song! And I love it more when amateurs sing the lyrics! But I hate baseball cards.

This quote is so perfect for this blog, it was like divine intervention or something. So my first day in Maryland, we're going to pick up Stephanie's dog from the groomers.  Journey's "Don't Stop ...

You ever get freaky with that thing?

Just because I haven't made a WoW blog. The hammer is called the Earthshaker.  Which is exactly what it does:  causes earthquakes.  It's quite cool to charge a large group of monsters, t...

I thought maybe I crossed the line when I asked to borrow a screw driver.

More manual labor, yay!  Last weekend I went and helped my father dismantle a shed and haul it back to the house.  It was actually kind of fun, the first time I've felt useful in a good whil...

This is so good it just has to be fattening!

Been playing the Bard's Tale on X-Box lately.  The game is hilarious.  The main character is voiced by Cary Elwes for those who know he is.  It's filled with witty banter such as: Princ...

Then you laugh, the kids laugh, the dog laughs, and I die a little more inside.

Yesterday I helped my father tear off the old siding on the house and put more up.  After something like 9 hours of this in the heat, I learned that this isn't the type of thing I'd enjoy doing f...
