The Great Escape

The Great Escape is one of the best Stoner Bands in Germany.1999 - concerts in the area around Aschaffenburg2000 recording of the CD "Ride On"
2001 - release of "Ride On". Reviews are very positive.
2001 - Drummer Seppi leave the Band - new drummer is Steffen
2002 - more and more concerts were played and a 3 Track CD was recorded
2003 -about 30 gigs have been played, also the legendary "Stoned from the Underground-Festival" at Erfurt , in July
- the second CD with the title "Escape from Reality" was self-recorded and appeared at 3.10.2003
2004 - Recording-Sessions for the Double-LP from Nasoni Records/Berlin...the LP contains tracks of the "Escape from Reality"-CD, also new recorded tracks from the "Ride ON"-CD....
2005 - released of the third - also self produced album "Nothing happnes without a dram"
2005 - Uwe left the band in september - new guitar player and singer Chris join the Band in November
We're played with Bands like: Brant Bjork, Colour Haze, The Atomic Bitchwax, Dead Moon, El Caco....and so on. The new Projekt from Steffen, Matte,Seppi "My Sleeping Karma" ! Check it out! Uwe found a band "Shitkicker".
