Death-defying drums, ferocious guitars, colossal melodies, and an insatiable passion to create, have given birth to a musical mutant of strength, speed, and harmony. After destroying an impressive amount of drum sets, and sacrificing many, many virgins, Wade Brewer had graduated from Youman's elite institution of heavy-hitters, and still, was not satisfied with the number of local Denver acts that he had performed with in the past. In the winter of '04, he partnered up with long-time friend and string virtuoso, Geoff Mestas. Sharing the same passion to create something new, their intended paths were clear: Refusing to be another post-hardcore band or emo act. One more group of kids dabbling in the metal game was not an option. After composing a number of solid foundation tracks, the next step was to round up the remaining, select members for the team, in hopes of expanding their musical borders, and striving to stray clear of already conquered territories. While keeping an open mind, and giving anyone who showed interest a shot at the title, the task of building an army quickly proved to be a tedious one.
Six seemingly-endless months later, the World Champion force was beginning to form. Nick Delmonico had quickly proved his prowess and ability to flawlessly compliment Geoff in the guitar sections. Next was non-other than famed vocalist and veteran denver-rocker, Andy Thomas. "We seriously tried out shit tons of singers, and no one worked. After one rock session, we knew Andy was the one. Not to mention he had the same sad, but passionate love for booze that we have." In the end (but really only the beginning), the final soldier to permanently enlist, was renowned bassist, Dwight (Dr.Death / The Dwight Reaper). Simply put, the result is of something of power, melody, and just pure aggression. Look for their debut, with songs of love, hate, and life on the dark side, to be released this summer.
