We are a peaceful people. There is little violent crime, but crime for the sake of sport is quite common. Due to our diversity, our technology is very advanced. Our citizens are materialized; once materialized, you are essentially ageless. In many cases, a citizen will age in another reality, and we will end up with an older version of the same person. There might be 2 or 3 of you!
Over eight territories and 11,000 people (and animals, most of whom possess human intelligence), I am queen. Each territory has a president, and each sub-territory has a governor; some towns have mayors. Our laws are few. Taking your own revenge is fine, but unsolicited assault is not. Narcotics are perfectly legal except for crack. Murder is of course illegal except in cases of extreme warranted vengeance. Most people who have ever been murdered have been restored through cybernetics. Also, disability can be remedied through cybernetics and advanced medicine. Just because someone is dead in another reality doesn't mean they're dead here, no matter how long they've been dead.
My heritage is Elvish and human with bits of hobbit. I have telepathic and psychic powers, but my powers pale in comparison to many of our more powerful citizens. As queen, I have unconditional love for all my people. I don't live in my own house; rather, I travel constantly and stay with willing citizens. Most people live in large houses with a handful of friends. We are known for being most affectionate and uninhibited. It is not uncommon for two or more friends to sleep in close proximity for warmth and safety, nor is it uncommon to engage in casual sex. 16 percent of the population is gay, while 33 percent is bisexual. Did I mention we love to party?
