Rolly was planning for his 30th birthday bash for next year. He had a list composed of some ideas and of the many artists he knew. Friends and family discovered this list he left behind and have followed through in making it come to life to bring us together in celebrating his life.

Rolly "JOY" Soliven, being a master of his domain, in either being a stand-up comedian, sushi chef, b-boy dancer, graffiti artist, a friend or brother, has touched the lives of many in his community and beyond Sacramento.
Friends and restaurant patrons recalled his contagious smile and great sense of humor. He will be missed for his ability to make new acquaintances feel like old friends.
