Brothers of Go Siame

About Me

Pronounced Brothers of Ho-se-ah-mi, this blend of African, Indian, and Middle Eastern drum styles produced by Graham Skaggs and Gerald Dyson will go where few have gone before. There are three basic aspects of music: Melody, Harmony, and Rhythm. The Brothers have chosen to concentrate on the final aspect, whether it be polyrhythmic, polymeter, additive, interlocking, or syncopated. Percussion is where their music begins and where they find much of their musical creativity, but it doesn't end there. Percussion, strings, electronica, ambient: all of these combine to interweave beauty into both complexity and simplicity. Let the music of the Brothers of Go Siame take you back to a simpler time in human history.
